China finds a big deposit of iron ore in Awulale Mountain , Western China's Xinjiang Province , with resources expected to be over 100 million tonnes, according to the news published on December 29 on the official website of Ministry of Land and Resources.

Iron ore resources in Chagannur region is estimated to be around 176.88 million tonnes, while in Zhibo and Beizhan region, resources is forecasted to be around 200 million tonnes, 150 million tonnes, respectively, according to the news.
